Deacons

The deacon ministry at Goodwill Baptist Church exists to serve the church as a whole and to work with the Pastor to lead the church in accordance with our Mission and Vision.  The deacon board consists of nine men chosen from the congregation with a proven record of service in the church and who meet the scriptural qualifications laid out in I Timothy 3 and Titus 1.  They are accountable for financial oversight as well as ministry oversight.
